HRS is the primary human resource office for the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Our department is staffed with certified human resource professionals and generalists with subject-matter expertise in the areas of benefits, compensation, employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, professional development and training, career services, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, organization and employee development and human resources information systems, and personnel records management.
