Resident Student

‌Students who live on campus are eligible for resident parking. Permits are valid 24/7. Pascault Row residents will be assigned to Lexington Street Garage.

Fees

Starting Aug. 1, resident student parking for Pascault Row is $585 yearly (academic) if paid by Sept. 5; after Sept. 5, semester rates apply; semester rates are two installments of $350 before each semester. These rates are within an academic year only. Summer permits are sold separately. You must be enrolled as a student to receive student rates.

Non-students of Pascault Row do not qualify for student rates and can call 410-706-5518 for a quote.

Summer rates are in effect from late May through July 31.

To Apply

You must be registered for campus housing to apply for resident parking. Complete a resident parking application.  Once your application is received and processed, you will be notified via email for an appointment. All parking request are done by appointment only; walk-up service is not available.

Resident students are not allowed to purchase daily (commuting student) parking permits. Daily permits do not allow overnight parking.

Permit Pickup

When you first arrive on campus, park at Lexington Street Garage, located at the corner of Lexington and Pine streets, until you are able to secure parking. Parking is set at a flat rate of $7 at that location for students during student parking registration only. After student parking registration has ended, visitor rates will apply.

Resident student parking permits may be purchased online only using the information above. To obtain your permit, bring your University ID, vehicle information, and cash or credit card for payment.

Visitor Parking

Resident students may obtain visitor parking vouchers for parking after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends at the garage where the student is assigned.
