ResearchMatch is a National Institutes of Health-supported effort helping to match people who would like to participate in research with researchers nationwide through a secure and convenient online web portal. www.researchmatch.org
ClinicalTrials.gov is a registry that provides patients, family members, health care professionals, and other members of the public easy access to information on publicly and privately supported clinical studies of human participants. The registry is maintained by the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
As of July 30, 2017, the database listed 250,804 studies with locations in all 50 states and in 200 countries with 43,908 studies actively recruiting volunteers. At ClinicalTrials.gov, you can search by condition/disease and where the research is conducted. The website visitor also has additional filter options, such as eligibility criteria and whether the study accepts healthy volunteers.
