We Are WISER Together

In Administration and Finance, we identify ourselves through a diverse range of biological, emotional, spiritual, socioeconomic, and personality traits. We come from different places, have singular backgrounds, and identify in ways that are as unique as we are. We have lived experiences that are exclusive to who we are.

EQUITY | The desired outcome of change efforts to address historical and systemic disadvantage; the state of sociodemographic identities no longer predicts outcomes.

INCLUSION | The creation of an environment in which all people can thrive while feeling valued and respected for their uniqueness and individuality.

This tapestry of diversity shapes who we are, how we interact with our surroundings, and how we experience the world. It defines who we are and how we interact with our world.
