This form must be completed for your child to participate in the UMB Police Athletics/Activities League (PAL) Program. 

• UMB PAL will be held April 9, April 23, May 7, and May 21
• Drop-off and pick-up students at the UMB Community Engagement Center (CEC), located at 16 South Poppleton Street, 21201.
• Activities will be held at the YMCA in Druid Hill.
