Nicole Palmore serves as executive director of diversity and inclusion. She previously served as director of diversity, inclusion, and intercultural learning at the University of Maryland School of Nursing and worked for four years as a senior organization and employee development consultant with UMB Human Resource Services. Nicole joined UMB in 2016 and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgetown University, a Master of Social Work degree from UMB, a master’s certificate in instructional design, and a second master’s certificate in intercultural leadership from UMB. She is completing her doctorate in higher education leadership at Frostburg State University.
