Federal Direct Loan Program

The Federal Direct Loan Program provides fixed-interest Subsidized and Unsubsidized federal student loans to eligible students who have completed a FAFSA. You must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program for at least 6 credits in any given semester to qualify.

 

Direct Graduate PLUS Loan 

A Grad PLUS Loan is a credit-based federal loan available to graduate and professional students who have completed a FAFSA. Designed to help cover the cost of education beyond what other financial aid, such as grants, scholarships, and Direct Unsubsidized Loans, may cover.

 

Direct Parent PLUS Loan

Parent PLUS Loans are low-interest federal loans from the government that parents can apply for help pay for their child's college. Students must complete a FAFSA before the parent can apply for this loan. 

 

Health Professions Loans

The Health Professions Student Loan program, administered by Health Resources and Services Administration, provides low-interest loans to full-time, financially needy students. Students must be pursuing a degree in the dentistry or pharmacy.

 

Nursing Loans

The Nursing Student Loan program provides long-term, low-interest loans to financially needy students. Students must be enrolled full-time or part-time. Student also must be pursuing a bachelors or graduate degree in nursing.
