Project Goal
The Market at UMB is a new retail food shoppe and eatery with an exciting array of dining concepts, including made-to-order Upmarket Deli, Spinning Salad and Chef’s Action Stations.The new location will showcase a convenient self-checkout after regular business hours is available until 11PM Monday-Friday and 8PM on weekends. During after-hours service, the Market will be stocked full of freshly-made sandwiches, salads, snack and power packs, fresh fruit, grain bowls as well as an assortment of bottled beverages and quality packaged snacks.
