Acquired and integrated data from Sweeten to enhance access to and reporting on Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs)

PeopleSoft to the Cloud

Completed - 9-6-2024

Moved our Human Resources Management System (HRMS) to the cloud.

Replace Access Points/Consolidate on Wireless Controller

Completed - 9-27-2024

Replaced and moved internet access points in a handful of buildings, including Howard Hall.

Move Applicable Cloud Databases to Azure SQL

Completed - 9-30-2024

Some databases that were moved to the cloud have now migrated to Azure SQL.

CRM Recruit Implementations

Completed - 9-30-2024

We implemented CRM Recruit in various schools to retire the Web Admissions system.

ImageNow Upgrade

Completed - 12-15-2024

Upgraded the application to a currently supported version.
