  Using the Account Management Site, you are able to register your phone for Duo and install the Duo Mobile Application on your smartphone or tablet.

  Introducing Duo's refreshed authentication experience, the Universal Prompt. When you log into an
  application protected with Duo after their initial account setup, they will be able to register your phone
  for Duo and install the Duo Mobile Application on your smartphone or tablet
• Existing User - Traditional prompt
  Using the Account Management Site, you can add an additional device or manage existing devices.
• Existing User - DUO Universal Prompt
  When logging in to an application with the Universal Prompt, you can add an additional device or
  manage existing devices by clicking the Other options link on the authentication page
