Effective January 2025, the UMB PCARD Administration has streamlined the process for submitting Account Maintenance Forms by introducing three new automated DocuSign forms.

The new DocuSign forms will automatically route for approval and fulfillment based on the nature of the request. These forms are designed to update account information such as email addresses, credit limits, and Authorized Reviewer assignments.

Please note that the new DocuSign forms will replace the old manual forms, which will be retired on February 28, 2025.
