The UMB PCard Administration will be streamlining three new automated Account Maintenance Forms that will be available via DocuSign. These forms are designed to update account information such as email addresses, credit limits, and Authorized Reviewer assignments. Forms will automatically route for approval based on the nature of the request.

PDF versions will be processed up until February 28. Beginning March 1, the transition to DocuSign will be complete, and older versions will no longer be processed.
