As of August 2024, Oracle Social Network (OSN) will be discontinued from the Quantum Financial platform. This will affect departments' submission of supporting documents for volume-milestone-schedule (VMS) events created in Quantum Financials. However, the creation of volume-based events via Quantum will remain the same.

SPAC is working on replacing the submission portion with an online Perceptive Content form. Training will be provided before our expected launch date of July 1, 2024. More will be available as we get closer to the beginning of FY2025.
