The QHCM project team is pleased to provide an important update to the QHCM Project. The new Go-Live date for the QHCM project is set for October 27, 2025.

This extension will ensure that the system is fully optimized by:

• Offering the UMB community more opportunities to become acquainted with the upcoming changes, helping users adapt to changes, and providing departments more time to plan for them
• Enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities, i.e., creating and testing comprehensive reports, gaining valuable insights, and having more time for user engagement and enhancing the quality of reports
• Finalizing a custom solution for labor distribution to be used when entering complex labor schedules
• Building in changes needed in response to the AFSCME contract agreement
• Providing more time for preparing and delivering training
• Adding additional test cycles to ensure seamless integration of the new system with our payroll processes
