2025 Web Redesign Transition

New website templates are being introduced for 2025. Not all information in the UMB Website Manual has been updated yet, and may still refer to the pre-2025 templates.

An eye-catching image accompanied by a title, text, and link(s).

Example Image and Text Features

Standard vs. Tall

The Image and Text Feature comes in two varieties, Image and Text Feature (Standard) and Image and Text Feature (Tall). We recommend using no more than one Tall feature per page, and only for images that fit the required dimensions.

Image Guidelines

Standard images should be at least 900 x 700 pixels. This will ensure that your images are high resolution. Tall images should be at least 900 x 1200 pixels.

Never use images that are smaller than the dimensions above. It is OK to use images that are larger, so long as they're not excessively large. We recommend no larger than double the dimensions above.

Please select images that are visually compelling and add value to the information on your page.

You may only use images that are legally sourced. For example, you are not allowed to select images from a google search and add them to the UMB website. Please abide by copyright laws.

Need photos? CPA is your source for videography, official portraits, and general photography.

Please also familiarize yourself with the guidelines for image accessibility.
