Event Services

The Event Services’ office is staffed and opened from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday - Friday. If you desire an in-person appointment with one of our team members, we recommend that you email or call to schedule time in advance to ensure availability. 

SMC Campus Center's Event Services is committed to providing opportunities to our students and campus community through the hosting of successful programs and meetings that further the mission and strategic plan of the University. 

Serving as the main department for all SMC Campus Center conference, meeting, and special event spaces, we facilitate and coordinate all reservations, scheduling, event setup, and audio-visual needs in a welcoming and professional environment. Excellence will be achieved through proactive customer solutions, open communication, accountability, and fiscal responsibility. Let us help plan your next event.
