Dr. Wilbur Chen is currently serving on Governor Larry Hogan's (Maryland) Coronavirus Response Team, a group of seven Maryland-based experts advising the Governor on COVID-19. Dr. Chen is Associate Professor of Medicine and an infectious disease expert at the University of Maryland Baltimore. He is Chief of the Adult Clinical Studies section with the Center for Vaccine Development and Global Health  (CVD) and Director of the  UMB Travel Medicine Practice.
