Ellucian CRM Recruit is the primary enrollment solution for managing recruitment and prospective student engagement at UMB.  Many students begin their journey at UMB by submitting an application for admission via CRM Recruit.

CRM Recruit seamlessly integrates with Banner in the early stages of a prospective student’s application for admission.  Data collected during the admissions process – biographical info, prior colleges, test scores, transcripts, recommendations or evaluations, etc. – is passed from CRM Recruit to Banner so information will ultimately be available should an applicant be admitted and matriculate.

How do I access CRM Recruit?

Prospective students seeking admission to various programs of study at UMB establish a personal account by way of initiating their application.  Employees, whose job duties involve student recruitment and admissions and are seeking access to CRM Recruit, should have a discussion with their supervisor to determine if access is applicable and needed.
