Degree Enrollment Verification

Myhub, a portal for the National Student Clearinghouse, can be used to download enrollment certification/verification. Myhub is available to use as a current student and as an alumni. You can also view information from previously attended institutions that participate in Myhub.

Creating an Account

Current Students

Former Students

  • Visit MyHub.org and click on the Login | Create Account link in the top-right corner.
  • Since your Myhub account will be accessible as an alumni, it is recommended to create your account through Google or LinkedIn. If you choose this method, simply click the appropriate Sign In with Google or the Sign in With LinkedIn button.
  • If you do not have a Google or LinkedIn account, you can create an account using your student email, search for UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND BALTIMORE in the College name box and a hit next to follow the additional prompts.

MyHub uses Multi-Factor Authentication

During your initial login to MyHub, you will be prompted to set up multifactor authentication. You must set up at least one multifactor authentication option to complete account set up and access Clearinghouse services.  

The multifactor authentication options available include:

  • Google Authenticator (required to download the Google Authenticator mobile app)
  • SMS Authentication (required to provide phone number capable of receiving SMS text messages)
  • Email Authentication (the email address registered with your account is defaulted to receive this code and cannot be changed).

 

Certificate Options

Current
Current Enrollment Certification is available during each term. This certificate verifies your current term enrollment status and can be used for loans or scholarships.

All
All Enrollment Certification is available at any time to current students and alumni. This certificate verifies your entire University of Maryland Baltimore enrollment history for each term and includes your graduation status.

To change personal information on Myhub. Changing your name or address in Myhub on the My Account page will not update your official records.
