For all other awards other than federal awards, the Report of Expenditures (ROE) is the document used that details all expenses incurred on an award.

The department and the PI are responsible for the submission of all technical reports required under the terms of an award in the form required by the sponsor. Failure to deliver any required technical reports or deliverables to the sponsor in a timely manner may affect the collection of funds for the project and future funding from that sponsor to the University. If help is needed on any of this reporting, the department should contact the appropriate billing team.
