Several processes are required by the SPAC team to assist the Office of the Controller (OOTC) in the close of the fiscal year and prepare for the beginning of the next fiscal year. The University is required to provide accurate, timely, and complete disclosure of financial information as detailed by award sponsors.

The SPAC QA team is responsible for all year-end financial close entries and will contact departments for additional information, when needed.
