FAILURE TO OBEY THIS CITATION MAY RESULT IN YOUR STATE OF MARYLAND VEHICLE REGISTRATION BEING WITHHELD BY THE MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION.

VEHICLES HAVING THREE OR MORE UNSATISFIED CITATIONS WILL BE TOWED FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND PROPERTY. VEHICLES WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNTIL ALL FINES AND CHARGES ARE PAID.

If payment check is dishonored, an additional charge of $15 will be imposed.

Citations that are not paid within 30 days of issuance will be charged an additional $5 per month or a fraction thereof.

TO STAND TRIAL: You must fill out the information request on the back of the citation and mail request for hearings to:
