Online Enrollment for Benefits Is Coming!
The Statewide Personnel System (SPS), which is administered by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) through WorkDay will allow employees to enroll in benefits online and will soon replace paper enrollment.
SPS will be phased-in between August 2017 and January of 2018 and will be used for this year’s annual Open Enrollment (Oct. 3 through Nov. 16).
Secure Access to Benefits Info Online
Once the program is fully implemented, you will have secure access to your benefits information and be able to complete the following tasks - all online!
- View benefits online
- Update dependent information, such as date of birth
- Initiate life event changes, such as marriage, birth of a child, etc.
- Upload documentation
- Enroll in and change benefits during Open Enrollment
