Jason Falvey is an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science and the Department  Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He also serves as the inaugural director of the school’s Center for Disability Justice.

His research focuses on helping older adults improve their ability to move around the home and community after fall-related injuries, with a special focus on improving community engagement and reducing social isolation.
