Rebecca Hall is a 2013 graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she earned the Health Law Certificate. After graduation, she practiced health law in the Baltimore and D.C. area, including as senior associate counsel for University of Maryland Faculty Physicians in downtown Baltimore and at a leading network of pain management practices, headquartered in Rockville, Md. Her experience prior to and during law school includes work for UnitedHealth Group, the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of Maryland Office of the Attorney General, the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland, the Maryland General Assembly, and Community Law in Action.
