Stations provided by BGE are located on Koesters Lot. These chargers are a fee per use system and are not part of the 4 hour grace period. Instructions on how to use the chargers are posted at each station and all permitted parkers must display their permit while charging. After charging is complete, please remove your vehicle to your home parking location. Daily parkers must pay for their parking at their garage first prior to parking on the lot to charge. Do not relocate to the permit only spaces on the lot as those are for Koesters lot parkers only.
