The Lexington St. Student Daily Parking Program is an opt-in daily parking program for students of UMB. The Lexington St. Garage is located at 660 W. Lexington St. This program allows for parking at the Lexington St. Garage before 4 p.m. After 4 p.m. and weekends parkers may relocate to any UMB garage and is for commuter students only!

New student parking registration and returning student renewals for the Fall Semester starts Aug. 1. New student parking registration for the Spring Semester starts Jan. 1. During registration, garage rates are adjusted. After registration, all parkers will pay the posted visitor rates

• Fall Semester - Aug. 1 to Aug. 31
• Spring Semester - Jan. 1 to Jan. 31

Please read all of the following information before proceeding. Failure to follow these procedures will delay the parking registration process and could result in a loss of parking privileges.

 Lexington St. Garage is located at 660 W. Lexington St., at the corner of Pine and Lexington streets.

• Permit must be displayed at all times.
• Student parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Parking and Transportation Services does not guarantee parking spaces.
• Students must park in the Lexington St. garage prior to 4 p.m.
• Permit parkers have access to all UMB garages after 4 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekend. Cars must be out of the weekend garage by 9 a.m. Monday.
• Student Daily permits are for use while students are attending classes, not for overnight parking.
• Students may only possess one parking permit at a time.
• Daily rates start at 2:55 a.m.
• Lost ticket fees are applied to the maximum posted garage rate.
• Student daily rate is $7.00.

For new students or those who have never registered for parking on campus:

• You must register online. The cost of the permit is $5. 
• If you are not in the system, please do not create an account. Contact the parking cashier’s office at 410-706-5518
• Then make an appointment online using this link: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/UMBParkingCashiers@umbcits.onmicrosoft.com/bookings/
  • You must wait at least 24 hours after registration before you can make your appointment.
• Show your appointment to the security guard at the SMC Center (621 W. Lombard St., Baltimore, MD 21201)
• Bring your UMB One Card to pick up your permit and link your One Card to the parking system.
• You can also link a credit or debit card on file for ease of exit.

Returning students who previously had parking on campus must renew online.

Commuter students may choose other parking options through the University. Parking discounts are only available for registered students with permits. Unregistered student parkers will pay regular garage visitor rates.
