The Lexington St. Student Monthly Parking Program is an opt-in monthly parking program for UMB students. The Lexington St. Garage is located at 660 W. Lexington St. This program allows for parking at the Lexington St. Garage before 4 p.m. After 4 p.m. and weekends parkers may relocate to any UMB garage and is for commuter students only!

The Lexington St. Student Monthly parking renewal and registration is ongoing. Please note that you must provide a copy of your class schedule that includes your name (SURFS) at time of application to receive a Lexington St. Student Monthly permit. Reply emails, calendars, or Outlook calendars are not accepted.

Please read all of the following information before proceeding. Failure to follow these procedures will delay the parking registration process and could result in a loss of parking privileges.

 Lexington St. Garage is located at 660 W. Lexington St., at the corner of Pine and Lexington streets.

There is no online registration for the Lexington St. Student Monthly Parking Program. There is limited availability in this parking program.

• Permit must be displayed at all times.
• Permit must be returned when you graduate or withdraw. You must withdraw from and/or cancel the program before the first of the month because parking fees are due until parking is canceled, which includes the returning of parking access permits.
• Student parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Parking and Transportation Services does not guarantee parking spaces.
• Students may only possess one parking permit at a time.
• Students must park in the Lexington St. garage prior to 4 p.m.
• Monthly student permits are for use while students are attending classes, not for overnight parking.
• If you arrive at the garage without proof you are a registered, permitted parker, you will have to take a ticket and pay up to the maximum posted daily rate. There are no refunds.
• Student monthly rate is $90.00.

All students: To access on-campus Lexington St. Student Monthly parking, you must do the following:

1. Complete an Application.
2. Attached a copy of your class schedule with your name (SURFS). This is mandatory.
3. You will receive an email confirmation and a link to make an appointment to pick up your permit. Permits must be picked up within five days of receiving an appointment link or the application will be voided.
4. Pay the first monthly fee of $90.00 in person at the cashier’s office. After the first payment, this is payable online only on the first of every month.

Additional information regarding the The Lexington St. Student Monthly program will be provided with the receipt of your permit. Please note that there are no semester breaks in this parking program. If students withdraw from and/or cancel the program, there is no guarantee that parking will be available at a later date. Monthly payments are due on the first of every month in order to remain in the program. There is a five-day grace period for payments only, not to cancel your parking. Access is removed after the sixth of the month if payment is not made.
