• Activities will take place at the UMB Community Engagement Center (UMB CEC) located at 16 S. Poppleton St. Baltimore, MD 21201.
• PAL programming will occur October – May on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-6 p.m.
• This program is open to youth in grades 3-8.
