Hippodrome Theatre/ Stadium Event Parking

Purpose

Receive parking privileges at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) Grand garage for theatre and stadium event customers.

Applicability

All visitors to UMB Grand, Penn and Pratt garages to provide parking for Hippodrome and stadium events.

Instructions

1. In order to expedite the flow of traffic after a show or stadium event, parkers must pay upon entry into the designated garage.
   • The pre-paid rate will begin up to 3 hours prior to an evening or weekend matinée show.
   • Garages accept credit card only, ticketmaster, UMB Access Card or AVI tag upon entry.
   • On a weekday matinée (shows/ events before 5 p.m.) visitors will pay the visitor rate or will be redirected to other garages.
