Dear Colleagues:

As the Class of 2019 graduates this week and begins the important work for which we've prepared them, I thank you all for the enormous effort that goes into turning out each spring a group of professionals as talented and as passionate as ours. The expert care, counsel, and service these graduates will provide over long and distinguished careers reflect powerfully on your dedication.

As a gesture of my gratitude, I'm granting one day of paid Administrative Leave on Friday, July 5. Staff who do not have essential employee responsibilities will be excused from work. Policies governing leave administration are available from your supervisor and from Human Resource Services.
