To the UMB Community:

As you may know, Gov. Larry Hogan included a 3 percent cost-of-living increase for all state employees in his FY 2020 budget. That increase, approved by the General Assembly during the legislative session that ended Monday, takes effect on July 1.

I'm delighted that Maryland's leaders are recognizing and rewarding your hard work in this way. As always, I thank you for your dedication to UMB and to the millions of people we're honored to serve.
