Quantum, the UMB Financial System, is a web-based software application that allows online access to your Visa transactions as they are received daily from US Bank. To access transaction data, reallocate and approve in Quantum, PCardholders, Delegates and Authorized Reviewers must obtain the PCard Reallocator role.

This role must be requested via the online Quantum Financials User Authorization Form.
