The mission of UMB Professional Administratives Committed to Excellence (UMBPACE) is to support the University’s administrative professionals’ quest to enhance and improve their skills.
Mentoring Program
UMBPACE created this mentoring program to help new administrative staff navigate UMB’s policies and procedures and will provide coaching and professional development resources and tools that will develop or enhance their skill sets to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.

Administrative Professionals Day Luncheon
Each year, UMB shows its appreciation to their Administrative Professionals during Administrative Professionals Week! As a result, UMBPACE hosts an annual luncheon in recognition of their dedication and hard work.
