Jewish Student Association (JSA)

The purpose of the JSA shall be to:
a) Promote Jewish culture to students (regardless of affiliation or background) through learning programs, social gatherings, and Jewish-themed events;
b) Foster a sense of community and inclusivity among students from diverse backgrounds and academic disciplines;
c) Organize events and activities that encourage personal growth and networking;
d) Collaborate with other student organizations, university departments, and community partners to enhance the overall student experience at the University of Maryland, Baltimore; and
e) Offer a safe space for all students on campus, particularly Jewish students on campus.

Adi Kadosh is a 4th-year MD student at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Adi earned a BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Penn State University in University Park, PA. Currently, Adi also volunteers as a coach for the wheelchair tennis clinic through UMROI. As Co-President for the Jewish Student Association, she hopes to enhance the Jewish community across UMB and connect students across the professional schools. When Adi is not busy studying, she enjoys staying active outdoors, reading thrillers, and taking short trips on the weekends to explore nearby towns.
