The UMBrella Group, in collaboration with Human Resources, offers the UMBrella Coaching Program, which aims to engage women in a rich program complete with supportive coaches, networking opportunities, and exclusive activities designed to enhance the coaching experience.

Program Eligibility

• Current UMB employees (faculty and staff)

Program Expectations of Participants

• Attend the virtual orientation scheduled for August 30, 2023, 10 a.m.-11 a.m.
• Participate in monthly coaching group meetings (September 2023 through April 2024)(one hour each month).
• Attend at least two program events (one hour each).
• Attend the closing event in April (date TBD).

Format

• The UMBrella Coaching Program (Cohort 6) will be offered as outlined below:

Coaching Group Meetings:

• Participants will meet once per month with their assigned coaching group. Each group’s meeting schedule and meeting platform have been determined in advance (see time slot options on application).  

Program Events:

• Program events are 60-minute presentations and/or panel discussions.
• Most program events will be held virtually each month via Zoom. If possible, there may be limited in-person events announced during the program.
• All participants selected for the program will need to attend the virtual program orientation on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 10-11a.m.
