CITS Security Compliance and SSAS will soon launch an IT-PCS Form for employees purchasing IT software and hardware. The form will facilitate a review for compliance with IT security, network compatibility, the Americans with Disabilities Act, procurement, and other requirements before the purchase.

Departments will need to submit a completed and approved online form with their requisitions for IT software and specific hardware purchases. For PCard purchases, departments will need to submit the IT-PCS form and get approval before executing the purchase. More information is forthcoming.
