Last month the following key features about the future of time entry and absence planning in QHCM were shared. 

Time Entry:

• Non-exempt employees (those eligible for overtime pay) will submit timecards, currently known as timesheets.
• Exempt employees (those not eligible for overtime pay) won't need to submit timecards.

Absence Requests:

• All employees, regardless of exempt or non-exempt status, will request absences directly within Quantum HCM. 
• This replaces all current processes of requesting leave or time off.

Manager Approval:

• Line managers and supervisors can view and approve timecards and absence requests directly within Quantum HCM.
