Yoga and Wellness

This yoga class was initially created for people living with HIV 50 years of age and over as part of the THRIVE program. It is now open to all in the community.

Every other Wednesday at 1 p.m. No registration is needed. Equipment (yoga mat, straps, and blocks) provided. In case of inclement weather, please call the THRIVE clinic (410-225-8369) to check the class status.

The THRIVE Program specializes in preventing, treating and managing a range of illnesses, including hepatitis C and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Their team of experienced providers consists of infectious disease specialists, psychiatrists, pharmacists, social workers, substance abuse counselors and dietitians, and they collaborate daily on patient treatment plans. This approach ensures patients receive comprehensive, high-quality care that positions them for long-term success.
