Banner/SURFS (Self-Service Banner) Maintenance/Downtime

Banner and Self-Service Banner ("SURFS") will be unavailable from 7:00AM-7:00 PM on Saturday, April 27, 2024 for maintenance. Degree Works and CRM Recruit will be available during this maintenance window; however, neither application will be connecting to Banner for real-time updates until service is restored.

Network Maintenance - Firewalls

The Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) will be performing Network maintenance on the Internal firewalls. Maintenance is scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2024 between 8:00am and 12:00pm. No downtime is anticipated.

Banner/SURFS (Self-Service Banner) Maintenance/Downtime

Banner and Self-Service Banner ("SURFS") will be unavailable from 5:30-9:30PM on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 - for maintenance. Degree Works and CRM Recruit will be available during this maintenance window; however, neither application will be connecting to Banner for real-time updates until service is restored.

CRM Recruit Maintenance/Downtime

05/05/2024 8:00 PM - 05/06/2024 8:00 AM
CRM Recruit will be undergoing maintenance by the vendor beginning Sunday, May 5, 2024, at 8:00 PM and concluding by Monday, May 6, 2024, at 8:00 AM. Though this maintenance window spans 12 hours, UMB's downtime should be limited to 2-3 hours within this period. The application will be intermittently unavailable to admin users and applicants during this time.

Network Maintenance - Azure Firewalls

The Center for Information Technology Services (CITS) will be performing Network maintenance on the Azure firewalls. Maintenance is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, 2024 between 7:00pm and 8:00pm. No downtime is anticipated.
